The Volkswagen ID Buzz is launching in Canada! First speculated to only be available in Europe, Volkswagen Canada has announced the ID BUZZ will be arriving in Canada in 2024.

Styled after one of Volkswagen’s most recognizable vehicles – the Type 2 Microbus – the all-new electric bus takes all that style and space and reinvents it for the electric vehicle era.

The Canadian release date is still not specific, but pre-orders start in 2023, with deliveries planned for 2024. We’ll update this space when we here more specific release date details.

Volkswagen Canada has said that their online reservation portal, VolksKlick, will be the only place to pre-order a ID. Buzz in Canada. The price hasn’t yet been announced for the ID. Buzz in Canada. It’s speculated the ID Buzz Canada will be in the $45,000 to $55,000 range depending on how many drivetrain options are offered, and how large of a battery pack the electric van will have.

Available with 5, 6, or 7 seats, the ID. Buzz is “all about hitting the road in whatever way you see fit.”
